Batting Cage Questions
Q. Where is the batting cage?
A. It's located next to the tennis courts at Sunnyside Park.
Q. What do I need to bring for a practice?
A. Bats and Players. The pitching machine and balls are in the right hand gated cupboard attached to the concession.
Q. Where do I get the key for the locks?
A. At the time of booking directions will be given. Please return the key promptly as there may be a booking for later in the day/evening.
Q. How do I book a timeslot?
A. Email arnieg@telus.net Sunday with (1) the week of your practice, (2) your name, (3) phone number and (4) timeslot you would like. Confirmation will be given Sunday night or Monday morning.
Q. How long can I book for?
A. You can book for a 1.5-hour timeslot starting at 9 am with the last booking at 7:30 pm Mon - Sun.
Q. Can I book for more than 1 day and more than 1 week?
A. So as to give every team an opportunity to use the equipment at peak times you can only book on a weekly basis and a maximum of 2 sessions per week.
Q. Can my player bring friends along?
A. Only players registered with SSWRMSA are permitted to use the equipment, as our in insurance does not cover non-players.
