SSWR's New Senior Thunder Team Wins Silver Medal at BC Provincial Championship

South Surrey White Rock Thunder Senior Women's team coached by Roger Werk took home a silver medal at Softball BC's  Provincial Championship held at Noel Booth Park in Langley BC.. Thunder had the lead heading into the bottom of the 7th when the Vancouver Rebels pushed two runs across the plate to capture the gold medal. It was a great game! We are so proud of this Thunder team for taking home the silver medal in their first year! We cannot wait to see what they can do in year two!
