Summer Camp - Diamond Academy
This three (3) day camp will focus on general softball skills including BATTING, FIELDING, RUNNING, as well as PITCHING and CATCHING. There will be daily scrimmage games played.
STRONG focus on FUN and maintaining a POSITIVE MINDSET in order to stay RESILIENT, have CONFIDENCE, remain COMPETITIVE and overcome adversity.
Diamond Academy instructors are former SSWRMSA and White Rock Renegade alumni, current and former college and university players and former Canadian National team members.

Gabrielle Dorval
Gabrielle is a catcher / infielder and a 2024 member of the UBC Thunderbirds softball team. Gabby played her minor ball with SSWRMSA, White Rock Renegades and Delta Heat.
Career Highlights: 7 Gold medals including Canadian National Championship, BC Provincial Championship. 4 Tournament MVP awards including Canadian National Championship and Pride & Power.
Lindsay Bell
Lindsay is a Softball Canada CanPitch instructor and a National Coaching Certification Program trained coach and a 2024 UBC Thunderbird softball team pitcher. Lindsay played her minor ball with SSWRMSA, Fraser Valley Fusion and White Rock Renegades.
Career Highlights: 3 Provincial gold medals, Triple Crown World Series gold medal, Provincial silver medal, National bronze medal. Gold medal at 2023 Women's Elite A Kassandra Kaulius Memorial Tournament.
Emma Dorval
Emma is a 2024 infielder for the NCAA Divison 1 Mercer Bears Women's Softball team and a former member of the UBC Thunderbirds. Emma has also played for both the Canadian National Junior and Senior Women's teams. Emma played her minor ball with SSWRMSA and the White Rock Renegades.
- Additional Diamond Academy instructors will include SSWRMSA and White Rock Renegades alumni players and coaches.
DIAMOND ACADEMY SUMMER CAMP REGISTRATION
- The balance of the registration fee is fully refundable up until the end of the day on July 28.
- if the camp is fully cancelled by SSWRMSA there will be a 100% refund of the $185 fee.
