South Surrey White Rock Minor Softball's Thunder 2013 U11 Rep Team Claims Victory in Season Opener Tournament

In a stunning display of talent and determination, the South Surrey White Rock Minor Softball's Thunder 2013 U11 Rep team emerged victorious at their first tournament of the season, solidifying their status as formidable contenders in the youth softball scene. Coached by Stefan Durston, the Thunder players showcased their prowess on the field, ultimately clinching the gold medal among twelve competitive teams.

The championship game, which unfolded in a nail-biting fashion, saw the Thunder pitted against the formidable Cloverdale Fury 13. The tournament, hosted by North Shore Girls Fastpitch Association featured teams from various regions, served as a platform for young athletes to demonstrate their softball prowess. Among the notable teams in attendance were the North Shore Stars, Langley Wild (McRae), Ridge Meadows Pride 14, TriCity Titans 13, TriCity Titans 13 (Anzinger), TriCity Titans 14, South Surrey White Rock Thunder 13, Coquitlam Chaos, Abbotsford Outlaws 14, Ridge Meadows Pride 13, and Chilliwack Impact.
