Tournament Refund Policy
We recognize that unexpected circumstances can arise, and we strive to balance fairness for participating teams with the operational costs of hosting our events.
Weather or Association-Related Cancellations
- One (1) game played: Teams will receive a 50% refund of their entry fee.
- Two (2) games played: Teams will receive a 25% refund of their entry fee.
- Three (3) or more games played: No refund will be issued.
- Full tournament cancellation (e.g., rain or other uncontrollable factors): Each team will receive a refund of their entry fee, minus a $150 administrative fee to cover fixed costs.
Team-Initiated Cancellations
- All team cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to tournaments@sswrmsa.com.
- 30+ days before the tournament: Entry fee refunded, less a $150 administrative fee.
- Less than 30 days before the tournament: Entry fee is forfeited; no refund will be issued.
