• Please note - South Surrey White Rock Minor Softball Association will be providing digital waivers for signature, therefore, download and submission of the forms to Association mentioned on the Softball BC page is not required before Registration.

Waivers are required to be signed by all participants, players, coaches, umpires, executive members, team managers - anyone listed on a team roster and/or requiring insurance coverage from Softball BC.
