Registration Information for the Upcoming Season:
Registration for the 23-24 Softball Season is Open
SSWRMSA Registration for the upcoming season (23-24) is now open for Registration
- Regular Softball Season runs from April to June
- for U9 and Up
- Game and Practice Start times would normally be approximately 6:30 PM, however since fields are available from 5:30pm start times could be earlier on occasion

- Visa and Mastercard Only
Registration Fees: 2023-2024 Learn to Play & House C
Late Registration Fee will be applied to registrations received after February 29th - $50.00 for U9 to U20

Registration fees are paid to the association at time of registration.
Uniform and Volunteer Deposit Deposits are Set-up at Registration
- Added to Registration, Initial processing fee of $1.00, Balance paid at the end of the Season if obligations not met
- Volunteer Hours of up to 4 hours or $250.00 required per Family
- Team Volunteer Duties do not count towards your Required Association Volunteer Hours
- Post Dated Checks will need to be submitted at season start for those that use an alternative payment method than credit card

Registration fees are paid to the association at time of registration.
- To register for a Thunder team you must have been selected to play in the Thunder Rep B division.
- Thunder Teams will purchase their own Jersey's - no uniform deposit required.
- *Team fees are paid to the Thunder Team, once budget has been determined and approved.
Volunteer Deposits

Cancellation Fees:
- Before February 1, 100% less $25.00 fee
- Between February 1 and March 31 , 100% less $50.00 fee
- April 1 and later, no refunds will be returned
